Cardio workouts are proven to be effective in helping increase the body's metabolism rate. Metabolism is the process by which the different organs of the body function. If the metabolism rate is high, the conversion of fats into energy will also be faster thus the eradication of excess fats will also be faster.

Drink Water - This is so easy but yet so many people don't do it. Double or triple your water intake, you will see immediate results. First of you will be cutting calories from sodas and juices. Second it is healthier for your body which will give you more energy for cardio and exercise. Lastly, drinking water will help curb hunger and help avoid binge eating. Good luck with your six pack!
